WEIGHT TRAINING, REST BETWEEN THE SETS ! By Fitness & Bodybuilding Guru Nash Jocic


Not many folks know that intensity can be increased in three ways:

1/ By increasing the weights
2/ By training slower with the same weights...
3/ By resting less between the sets


Now, how long should you rest between the sets? Usually, people rest to long, dramatically decreasing the intensity of their training. Rest for the upper body muscles should not be longer than 40 seconds, while for legs can be up to 60 seconds. Surprised? Try and let me know how intense that is! Best wishes, Nash
